My Training Schedule
Monday - Workout in the gym on UBE (Upper Body Machine) between 50 - 60 minutes and then do a ton of sit-ups and calisthenics
Tuesday - Walk 4 miles in Central Park
Wednesday - Ride the handcycle in Central Park between 1.5 and 2 hours with walking breaks in between
Thursday - Rest Day
Friday - Rest Day
Saturday - Walk 5 to 10 miles in Central Park which can take me up to 4 hours or handcrank and walk up to 4 hours (up to 15 miles)
Sunday - Rest day
