Congrats Dan... NEVER was there any doubt in my mind that you were going to complete this marathon of marathons.
Now you can take 1 day off for rest and relaxation. :)

Congrats Dan! I'm so proud of you!
So the real question is... whens the next one?
I think you should challenge Uncle John in the next one.
Danny,
Congratulations!!!! What an amazing accomplishment. I'm sure that you are very sore today but I'm also sure that the soreness wont dampen the celebration.
You're a true champion.

YAY DANNY!!! So proud of your accomplishments:) Sorry I couldn't see you at the very end of the race...can't wait to see you all soon. YOU DA MAN!!
Dan- I am so proud of you- not only for this wonderful accomplishment but for the many you have achieved!! You are a true inspiration to all of us and we love you very much. It was so great watching you along the way and being " a part of it". Uncle John told me to tell you that his legs hurt!!! See you soon.
WAY TO GO DAN-THE-MAN-FROM-MANHATTAN! I am so proud of you as I know how long and hard you must have trained both mentally and physically for that race. That being said, I am not at all surprised that you accomplished this feat. You have the spirit, perseverance, and strength to do anything that you set your heart to do. And your wit will make all those around you laugh along the way! You are a rare person, Danny. I am so proud of you and honored to be your friend. Hats off to your family and guides as well!
Bravo!
Dan, you deserve the best and are the best at completing your first NYC Marathon 2007.
May there be many more.
Warm regards,
Lorraine Braun
Dan..
Congratulations!! I was in the medical area on the 59th st bridge and somehow I missed you!!?? Maybe you just went by too fast! We were actually really busy working on all the runners with cramps and injuries..so the fact that I didn't see you there was good too I guess (LOL):-)
If you had told me way back when ..when you you were in rehab at Mt Sinai ,that you were going to do the NYC Marathon one year..even back then I would have known you could do it..That's just the type of guy you are.
Congratulations to you and your whole support team!! Awesome job Dan the Man from Manhattan
